Privacy Policy

Black Stone Row LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Trade Estimate AI mobile application and the website at tradeestimateai.com (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account info. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email address and name those providers share with us — nothing more.
• Business profile. Optional: your business name, logo, phone number, address, and labor rate. You can edit or delete this at any time in Settings.
• Estimate content. The job descriptions, line items, and customer information you enter to generate estimates. We treat this as your private business data.
• Device and diagnostic data. App version, OS version, crash logs, and anonymous usage events (Firebase Analytics). No advertising identifier is collected.
• Subscription state. Whether your subscription is active. Billing is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details.

2. How we use it

• To generate AI-written estimates on your behalf.
• To sync your account across your devices.
• To deliver transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• To diagnose crashes and improve the app.

3. Who we share it with

We share your data only with the service providers that make Trade Estimate AI work:

• Supabase — database and authentication (US).
• Anthropic / OpenAI — to generate the AI estimate text from the job details you provide. Job content is sent for inference and not used to train models.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — to process subscriptions.
• Firebase Crashlytics + Analytics — anonymous crash and usage data.
• Resend — to deliver transactional emails.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or delete your account and all associated estimates, at any time by emailing support@tradeestimateai.com or by tapping Delete Account in app Settings. We honor requests within 30 days.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and estimates as long as your account is active. After account deletion, all your data is removed from our active databases within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

6. Children

Trade Estimate AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

7. International transfers

Our service providers are located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your information being transferred to the US.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you in app and update the "Last updated" date above.
