Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trade Estimate AI mobile application and tradeestimateai.com (the "Service"), operated by Black Stone Row LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service itself (you may, of course, charge your customers for estimates you create with it)
- Submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or harmful
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
4. AI-generated content
Trade Estimate AI uses third-party AI models to assist you in drafting estimates. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate before sending it to a customer. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for a given job. The estimate is yours; the price and scope you commit to your customer are your decisions.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play and governed by the additional terms at /legal/subscription-terms. Auto-renewal is on by default and can be turned off in your platform's subscription settings.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the app's UI, branding, and underlying code, is owned by Black Stone Row LLC. You retain ownership of the business data you put into the Service (your client list, job descriptions, branding, etc.).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black Stone Row LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Canyon County, Idaho.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app.
